She’s helped hundreds of people traverse their grief experience with effective tools to make their journey a bit less stressful. We’ve learned that each person’s grief experience is unique and as individual as his or her fingerprint. Grief comes in many sizes, shapes and forms. Bereavement has no timetable.

 
 

The bereaved reach out hoping to find a way to move forward but they soon recognize there is no handbook. Many factors contribute to one’s ability to effectively manage grief including previous losses, support systems, personality factors, a vulnerability towards depression, age, health and personal circumstances.
